The Ark Islamabad is the recent project initiated on by AAS. As its namesake, the structure is designed on the concept of Noah’s Ark in I-8 Markaz Islamabad to facilitate nine storeys including ground floor & lower ground. This Plaza is aimed to raise the bar for construction in Islamabad in terms of infrastructure, interior design as well as its fancy yet practical elevation. The facade on the top two floors with extensive terrace overlooking the city scape sets the building apart from alike structures.
